These services range from initial box-and-ship cluster packages to complete on-site installations, integration and evaluation of computer clusters.

Level 3	All items from Levels 1 and 2 above, as well as: Configure and test systems in a cluster configuration Load and configure the kernel Load the application/s and the QA systems
Level 4	All items from Levels 1, 2, and 3 above, as well as: Soho will coordinate the acquisition from the application vendor Load all license keys Configure the license server Perform all relevant, standard public/application vendor supplied benchmarks
