The ProLiant servers are based on industry standard x86 processors and optimized for Windows®, Linux®, and Netware® environments.  Systems range the single processor, desk-side, ML110 to the BL20p G3 which will allow the use of up to 80 Xeon processor with 320 GB of RAM in a 42U rack.

HP Integrity servers are optimized for HP-UX, Windows®, Linux®, and (soon) OpenVMS environments. The systems are based on the industry standard Intel® Itanium® processor and the line ranges from single CPU machines to the 128 CPU Superdome server.

The HP 9000 server family features world class computing with the newest and highest-ever performance HP PA-8800 processors and the proven, mission-critical ready HP-UX 11i v1 operating system.
